Microbe-Lift Algaway 5.4 is a liquid algae control product for use in ornamental ponds and fountains without any outflow. Microbe-Lift Algaway 5.4 is used in the control of "green" water blooms and on filamentous (string) algae. In waterbodies containing fish, we advise you to remove as much filamentous algae as possible before the treatment, thus ensuring the rapid natural decay of the dead algae will not cause fish distress. Also, if possible, have all mechanical aeation functioning when the treatment process is underway. Application rate is two tablespoons per 360 gallons.
